Mesenchymal Progenitors

hES-MP™ 002.5

mesenchymal_progenitors_prodimg

Mesenchymal progenitors derived from hESC, a homogeneous and robust source for in vitro use in research applications

hES-MP™002.5 are hES cell-derived mesenchymal progenitors proven to have a high resemblance to adult human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs). The cells can be differentiated towards several mesodermal lineages. The hES-MP™002.5 are specifically efficient for the differentiations towards the osteogenic lineage and have a high mineralisation potential after protracted culture. The cells are delivered frozen in a single cell suspension.

The hES-MP™002.5 are an ideal platform for bulk production of mesenchymal cells where a homogeneous, robust and unlimited source of cells is needed.

Advantages

  • A homogeneous, LOT-tested cell population with no donor to donor variability in the cell population
  • Robust and easy to culture, accelerated scale up for multiple experiments
  • High resemblance to adult human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs)
  • Ability to differentiate towards tissues of the mesodermal lineages
  • High mineralization potential after protracted expansion

Applications

  • Mesenchymal induction and differentiation studies
  • Tissue engineering models for repair and regeneration
